LeAnn enjoyed a career in healthcare for 39 years. She began her career as an infectious disease microbiologist at a local hospital. Beginning in 1997, LeAnn was the practice administrator for Jackson County Physical Therapy LLP, a four-clinic private practice in the Rogue Valley. The practice has been recognized as one of the 100 Best Companies in Oregon by Oregon Business magazine. She retired in 2012.

LeAnn’s father believed in community service, and she too is an active volunteer. She has served multiple terms on numerous boards, participated in multiple professional organizations, and has been a Rotarian since 1997. Rotary recognized her service with the Citation for Meritorious Service in 2018.

Since 2000, LeAnn and her husband, Tim, have traveled to central Mexico, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, and the Dominican Republic to volunteer in mobile vision clinics for the purpose of treating eye diseases and blindness prevention.

She has been involved with Rogue Powerpack Program since 2013 and currently serves as the board president.
