Kim Murphy Thalacker, Director, School Coordinator

Kim was born and raised in Alberta, Canada but has lived in the USA since 1992. She is a Registered Nurse with a MS in Nursing. She is currently sharing work time between Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center and Kaplan Inc. as an instructor.

She is an active member of Junior League of Jackson County, which founded the Rogue PowerPack Program 5 years ago. Kim has been a volunteer for Medford Food Project for the past five years, a PTO member and is the chair of the annual FunD Run at Hoover.

She enjoys traveling (Canada, all 50 states, Africa, Europe, SE Asia, Australia, New Zealand) She has summited Mt Kilimanjaro, visited basecamp of Mt Everest, and sat on the bottom of the Red Sea (scuba diving).

She is excited and honored to be a member of the Rogue Powerpack Charitable Foundation and work to alleviate food insecurity in our youth, one bag at a time.
