Robert Bauer, Director

Robert has held several senior sales and marketing positions with a number of public and private corporations that include IBM, Compaq, and US Robotics. He most recently worked as Development Director for Living Opportunities, a Medford non-profit that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

While residing in Reno, Nevada, he and his wife Lesslie and three children started a non-profit organization called Pay it Forward Living, that partnered with the local Food Bank to help with their Back-Pack Kids Program. They challenged local businesses to help by donating their time and food to make Snack Packs for the program. Their joint efforts resulted in donations of thousands of Snack Packs for local students.

The Bauer family moved to the Applegate Valley in 2014, where they enjoy living on the Applegate River. They all love the outdoors and are all passionate about giving back to the community.

Robert began volunteering with the Rogue Powerpack program as a Medford Rotary Club Member in 2017, supporting Jackson Elementary School students.
